Centers for Independent Living are now providing public health and wellness services to people with disabilities and older adults in NJ.   These services are designed to support individuals with disabilities and older adults around emergent community health issues and a comprehensive approach to wellness. 

Service activities will focus on the following areas using a comprehensive approach to service planning based upon individual needs: 

• Public Health Education
• Access To Health Care
• Access to Vaccines
• Nutrition & Wellness
• Mental Health
• Social Support
• Aging In Place
• Emergency Preparedness
